"Health is Wealth"
We are taught this since our childhood, but as we have grown we have forgotten the importance of our health. We make lot of excuses to take out even 45 minutes for our body.
Here is a quick list of things you can easily do at the convenience of your home:
1. Eat healthy and say NO to junk food.
2. Add colors to your plate.
3. Walk for at-least 30 minutes.
4. Workout / Yoga for strength training.
5.Drink Plenty of Water. You can add various flavors to your water to add taste.
Conclusion: If you want to loose wait, first focus on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Healthy lifestyle is key to healthy body and healthy mind !!
